Research as a Catalyst for Transformative Practice

The National League for Nursing (NLN) and Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) will jointly host the 3rd Nursing Research Conference, April 7-9, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda in Bethesda, Maryland.

Designed to advance the science of nursing education in global and diverse environments, this conference attracts nearly 400 academicians, practitioners, administrators and students and will feature oral and poster presentations on innovative strategies that support education-practice-research collaborations; and new research findings to support transformative nursing education.

NERC will focus on educational research directed toward its impact on clinical outcomes, through oral and poster presentations, educational workshop sessions, and influential plenary presentations. Attendees will be provided with the tools to enhance nursing education programs to make education more effective in nursing practice.
